We advise that parents commit to a minimum of three sessions, but accept no less than two sessions per week. This ensures continuity for the child, helping them to feel they belong here. Extra sessions/days can be arranged. We ask that parents organise this with the Manager a month in advance, wherever possible. We try to be as flexible as possible in attempting to meet individual needs, depending on personal circumstances.

Full day | £43.00 | £40.00 |

The fees are calculated monthly by multiplying the weekly rate by 50 and dividing by 12. Parents are given an invoice at the beginning of each month, requesting payment within 7 days. Full fees are payable for all days including Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and for non-attendance. Extra sessions are calculated on your next monthly invoice. A £5.00 late fee may be charged for every 10 minutes after your child’s session has finished. In the event of late payment of fees, an administration fee of £10 may be charged.
Term time
Term time places are available, with a commitment of 3 full days in Childcare each week. Fees are calculated by multiplying the weekly rate by 38 and dividing by 11 and need to be paid one month in advance.
Terms and conditions in fees section above also apply to term time contracts.
Holidays
Parents are entitled to take 4 weeks holiday each year, at 50% of the fees. We ask that they give us one month’s written notice of their holiday period.
Registration
To register a child with us, we make an appointment to look around the setting and complete the registration form. The child is then placed on our waiting list and a place offered when one becomes available.
