buddying up – school development partnerships
An exclsive opportunity to develop a partnership with the Wingate team which will support you to create an overall climate for young children’s learning.
Breakdown of a typical Development Partnership:
Session one – Becky and Paddy visit your school/setting to make initial visit, observe the space and discuss the potential changes you’d like to implement.
Session two – your whole team visit Wingate (up to 12) to spend the morning in nursery observing practice, followed by lunch and the afternoon in discussion with Becky and Paddy to plan changes.
Session three – Becky and Paddy return to your school/setting to discuss and review the changes made so far and set long term plans for development.
